WELCOME TO THE COLLECTIVE

Welcome to The Aligned Mind Collective, where modern therapy meets the comfort and safety of having coffee with a good friend. Our client-centered approach will ensure you feel seen, heard, and validated in your unique journey. We are here to uplift and support you, making every moment count in this special work.

from the founders

Well hello and thanks for stopping by! We’re Erin and Ashley, founders of The Aligned Mind Collective.

Like the old saying goes, life is better together, and we are undoubtedly better therapists because of the relationship we have built. Whether we are in therapist, mama, or friend mode, our mutual respect and wicked sense of humour helps us navigate most anything. We truly believe therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy and that healing can occur through tears AND laughter.

At the heart of everything we do is our belief that EVERYONE is worthy of feeling seen, heard, and respected. There is an undeniable honour, privilege, and specialness to doing this work, which we keep at the forefront of every decision we make.

The word “collective” was very intentionally included in our name. The Aligned Mind Collective works hard to be adaptable, integrative and flexible. We strive to be culturally inclusive and anti-oppressive.

Oftentimes, the hardest step is this one. Being here is so brave. Our website truly reflects what therapy with The Aligned Mind Collective will feel like. We invite you to learn more and to reach out with any questions or to book a session!
